What happens in an emergency??

This a.m. I witnessed an "emergency".  What I am referring to is when someone becomes sick, is in pain, or it's a dire situation.  A 42 year old man lay groaning in his bedroom.  I was so focused on doing the RIGHT thing, that an ambulance showed up and took him away before I could do anything. To say I was/am disappointed in myself would be an understatement.  I could have at the very least treated pain (panaway) and his panic (with peace and calming).

Our current philosophy of injury and illness is so wrong!  We have been taught our whole lives if you take the wrong medicine you could create other side effects which will also have to be treated with another drug (now or later down the road).  This is not the case when it comes to health and wellness! If we take what we know about Essential Oils instead of what we don't know, we could heal the world.

Now, when it comes to Essential Oils, there is no right or wrong way to do things.  Your oils are in a bottle, and they look nice sitting on your bedside table, yes.  But do they help you there? NO! So rather than putting anything, or everything I had on this man who was in severe pain, I did nothing.

Next time you are in an emergency, take out your oils! If you don't know what to do, put them all on....YES! All of them! You can NOT hurt yourself with earth's medication. Treat yourself with the knowledge you have, and find out specifics AFTER you've begun treatment (by looking in your eodr, asking an upline/senior distributor, or using http://www.oil-testimonials.com/1347443)

As always, please contact me if you have any questions about anything I've mentioned.

It turned out the issue is Kidney stones, and I plan to suggest lemon oil to help pass them, and of course panaway for pain.

New Series!

Over the next few weeks, I will be posting the oils I use throughout the day.

This morning I used:
Peace and Calming on my Adrenal VitaFlex points on my feet, as well as over my adrenals.
Thieves on the bottoms of my feet and spine because I'm feeling cough-y congested.
Ylang Ylang behind my ears for positive thinking.
Progessence Plus on my carotids and forearms (I use two drops on each side of my neck and four on each                                                                              forearm)
Acceptance over my heart and on my wrists--this has been my favorite oil for almost a month now (more below)
And of course four drops of Slique Essence in my water before breakfast!

P.M.

I drank 2 glasses of Slique Essence water today.

I'm using Thieves on the feet--feeling icky from eating out for supper.
Using peace and calming on my adrenals and chest--for a great nights sleep!

Acceptance

Back in the spring I was scanned on my upline's Zyto Scanner and I scanned for the oil blend Acceptance.  This was pretty much the scan that made me a believer in the scammer scanner.  I was struggling with getting along with people in my everyday life.  So I decided to wait, because seriously, how can that thing be right anyway? All you do is put your hand on it and it reads the electric pulses that run through your body.  About a month later the work situation was getting worse.  I didn't want to be around anyone, and everyone was driving me crazy! So I ordered it.  The day I received it I slathered some on my chest and wrists, and immediately felt calmer!! Crazy I know.  But it works :)

Acne and Weight Loss Results

SOOOOOOOO.....I've been using the Thieves Household Cleaner as face wash, yes face wash, and Thieves toothpaste for acne spot treatment for a whole week now.  I must say, I'm extremely pleased with the results!! I've tried harsh chemical face washes, as well as Arbonne, and Dove soap (recommended by a dermatologist).  NONE of these other cleansers have had this kind of result! Plus I like the tingling feeling of the toothpaste, as well as knowing I'm not putting any chemicals on my body!

Ok....enough talk, here's the actual results!

Excuse the super weird faces I'm making haha.  Also, these were taken with a camera phone, and that's why there's a difference in color--there was no editing done to these photos.  Obviously the top right and left photos are the before.  I'm afraid I'm going to have to do some scarring treatment next.

Now the other promised results!!
We all know there are trouble weight areas on women's bodies.  Well I've been taking three drops of Slique Essence in my water three-ish (sometimes two) times per day.

The results?? 11 lbs in three weeks! I HAVE been eating healthier, although not hungry or unsatisfied.  I have NOT been exercising other than the squats challenge, and one day of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (I decided I could wait longer than 30 days ;)).  It seems the Slique melts fat away from those more trouble areas--inner thighs, lower belly, and love handles.  I'm very pleased with the way this product works, and I also love the flavor in my water!

As far as my order I got this week I have to say I just LOVE Young Living as a company!! I got my Essential Rewards order (which earned me 20 reward points btw!).  In the order was a new home diffuser, Citrus Fresh, Lavender, Copaiba and a new bottle of Slique Essence

The Citrus Fresh and Lavender came with the home diffuser, which I was not expecting! I bought Copaiba for both me and Sunnie! I'll be putting it on her hips in hopes to help with the dysplasia, and she doesn't mind the smell of this one either.  I can't wait to diffuse the Citrus Fresh tomorrow morning for a fresh start before work!

Well that's it for tonight, y'all!

Good Morning!
Well I got my living room and kitchen cleaned last night.  I'll focus on the bigger tasks today :) My house is smelling like lovely Thieves cleaner.
I read somewhere (not sure of source) that Thieves could be used for removing permanent marker.  I remembered that I have this purple spot on a white drawer from when I did Tie Dye with Holly.  I tried removing it before with Soap, water, and vinegar, and i even used a Magic eraser with no luck.  So I decided to try out the thieves HHcleaner on this permanent dye! Here are the results:
Before

AFTER!

I was rather pleased with the results. You can still see the spot a little bit, but probably wouldn't notice if you didn't know ;)

I ALWAYS KEEP THIEVES AND PURIFICATION IN MY KITCHEN! Purification is an excellent blend to eliminate those nasty kitchen trash can odors, as well as keep the bugs away.

I have also been reading that people are using the household cleaner to wash their face at night. As well as using the Thieves toothpaste for acne spot treatment.  I'm going to start trying that tonight!

Best toothpaste EVER

I suppose I'm going a little thieves crazy right now, but I'm just so excited I finally got some new stuff to try.

I got my 75 squats done last night....in the shower. Ha! I had almost forgot about them, and it was late so I was afraid I would forget if I waited.  No crashes, so it turned out fine ;)

Well I'm off to tackle this to-do list! Have a great Sunday!!

Not My Average Weekend

I have a HUGE to-do list this weekend.  Does anyone else let it get all piled up like that?
I have a shed door to fix, boxes to move, and LOTS of cleaning.
I'm thinking Valor and my Thieves Household cleaner will be my best friend tomorrow.
I already use Valor everyday for my back (healing inflamed disk), but I'm going to need the extra strength it provides for tomorrow's tasks.
I JUST got my Thieves HHC on Thursday with my first FREE essential rewards order (i'm pretty excited about this)! I can't wait to use it on EVERYTHING, especially my stinky bunny cage :/

I'm also on Day 6 and 7 of a Squat Challenge I found on Pinterest. Yeah, I love me some squats! Feel free to jump in on day 1 or 6 or 7 ;)

I'll also be spending some time on writing my own script for an EO Basics class I'm giving on Tuesday.

SEE!! Busy!!

I'm hoping I get to cook at least one good meal tomorrow also, but who knows ;)

The Pilot

Have you ever Netflix binged your favorite tv show?? Im talking to the point where the whole thing is over and you're thinking "this can't be happening!" Then you decide you can't remember how it ALL started, so you go back to the very first episode-the pilot- and you get to remember how far your favorite characters have come.

Well, this is THAT blog post! My beginning, and I'll also tell a bit about my future plans as well.

The Basics (without sounding too much like a match.com profile-ha)
I'm currently 24 years of age.
My "little" brother and I have a house together in Lawton, OK.
My family and I work together 5 days a week. We're a tight knit group of people who like to cut up and have fun.
I have a few friends that I love as much as I love my family.
I love to travel.
I'm a very crafty person.
I have 2 dogs and 2 rabbits living in my house!!
I love being frugal.
I'd love to say I live green, but not quite sure I'm there.
I am a very active person.

This is only the 2nd blog I've ever had, the first was about my money-saving adventures in upstate NY.

I've always been a rather upbeat, intense and happy person.

I started running about a year ago and decided that I actually enjoy it--most days. I've ran 2 5k/obstacle courses.

About 3 years ago I discovered (through my mom) Young Living essential oils. I love them, and they've changed the way I live my life!

THE PLAN

This blog is intended to record all the things I'm doing to keep myself happy, healthy, and fit. I will be posting essential oils that I use, new exercise challenges I'm trying, as well as recipes, etc.
I would love to get some interaction on this page, so feel free to comment with any thoughts, suggestions or questions.
